Three Star DB Chooses Toledo

The University of Toledo has received a last minute commitment, and it's a huge pick-up for the Rocket football program. Three star Fort Scott CC defensive back prospect Cameron Cole committed to Toledo tonight over offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Indiana and Texas Tech. Cole also had a verbal offer from Miami FL.
Cameron took his official visit to Toledo this past weekend, the only official visitor on campus for the final recruiting weekend.

Cole is the 26th commitment in Toledo's 2012 football recruiting class, and the ninth (9) three star commitment in the class.
Cole graduated from LaSalle High School in Cincinnati back in the spring of 2010. He signed with Indiana as a three star prospect, but the NCAA clearinghouse did not certify him. Indiana wanted Cole to grayshirt at that point, but Cole decided to go to Fort Scott Community College in Kansas, enrolling there in January of 2011. He played one season at Fort Scott and will graduate in May.
Cole is 6-0, 185 pounds and runs a 4.4 forty yard dash. He took an official visit to Miami on December 9th, and then one to Texas Tech on December 16th.
