The recruiting momentum continues for head coach Matt Campbell and the University of Toledo Rockets. Earlier tonight Campbell received a commitment from Willoughby (OH) South High School running back Kareem Hunt.

A couple of days ago Hunt told Rivals.com affiliate PantherLair.com that he was expecting to visit Pittsburgh next weekend and Minnesota the following weekend. Hunt already took an official visit to Toledo in November.
At the time it appeared that his decision might come down to either Toledo or Pittsburgh. "I like Pitt and Toledo a lot, but it's tough with Minnesota because it's pretty far."
The 5-11, 200 pound running back held offers from Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio University, Pittsburgh and Toledo.
Despite originally saying that he would wait until after the Minnesota visit to make a commitment, Hunt decided to give his commitment to Toledo earlier tonight. Toledo's recruiting class is quickly filling up and they may have factored in his decision to commit before taking the visits to Pittsburgh and Minnesota.
Kareem was recruited to Toledo by assistant coaches Louis Ayeni and Tom Manning.
Hunt is the 19th commitment in Toledo's 2013 recruiting class, a class that is rated much higher than any other MAC school's recruiting class according to Rivals.com.
