Cotterman Commits to Toledo

There are no worries about the latest addition to Toledo's 2015 recruiting class. Class of 2015 offensive lineman, Chandler Cotterman says he knows "100%" that he made the right choice to commit to the Rockets. Cotterman committed to Toledo during a visit with his dad on Saturday. "I got to sit around with the coaches and tour campus with them," said Cotterman. "It was nice to not have twenty other recruits with us, I've always liked it there and that's where I'll be most successful."
Cotterman, a 6'5, 295 pound offensive lineman was a highly sought-after recruit for Matt Campbell and his staff ever since two years ago. "Toledo has been showing me huge interest since my freshman year," Cotterman said. "It just feels great that they really want me to play there. When I committed, the coaches were pumped up, it just felt great."

Cotterman visited Toledo with his dad on Saturday who is also extremely high on the Rockets. "My dad and I talked about it beforehand. It wasn't a for sure thing that I'd commit today but he feels like this is the right decision also. There's really no other place that made the impression that Toledo did."
Aside from his parents liking campus, they all like how close their hometown is from the Glass Bowl. "Toledo is really easy to get to from Anna, it's just a two hour drive so my parents can watch me play. They don't need to worry about me being in another state."
Cotterman is absolutely positive he made the right decision to commit on Saturday. "It feels great, it's a huge decision but I know 100% I made the right decision, without a doubt."
